Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems, focusing on performance and security for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define the technical vision for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines in AI development.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high concurrency and large-scale data processing.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
