The Role:
As our Senior AI Architect, you will be the technical bridge between business strategy and engineering execution. You will oversee the architecture of our deep learning models, ensure system scalability, and mentor junior engineers to maintain our high standards of code quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI/ML architectures for large-scale applications.
- Lead the research and integration of state-of-the-art algorithms, including NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Engineering) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, hardware acceleration, and cloud computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI systems.
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
