Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development initiatives focused on Agentic Workflows and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating futuristic technologies into our core product suite.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into robust technical architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and determine their feasibility for implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong command of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
