Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future? At Chronos AI Labs, we are building the foundational models that will define the year 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical deep learning.
As a key member of our R&D division, you will lead the charge in developing neuromorphic computing architectures that surpass current silicon limitations. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to shape the trajectory of human-machine interaction in the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures optimized for non-silicon substrates.
- Lead architectural reviews for high-stakes projects involving generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to translate theoretical research into deployable algorithms.
- Optimize model inference times for edge devices using novel memory hierarchies.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for scalable AI systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA/ROCm).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability data pipelines.
