Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI models designed for 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to autonomous, AI-driven workflows.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency environments and edge computing devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing scalable machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
