Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development of autonomous agents, ensuring robust decision-making capabilities in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategic goals into scalable technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Autonomous Systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
