Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and AI agents at scale.
- Optimize neural network inference and training pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure robustness and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the engineering culture and codebase standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama), RAG architectures, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
