Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize large-scale machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Build scalable inference pipelines and deploy models to production environments using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring novel architectures and fine-tuning techniques for NLP and computer vision.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM tooling.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
