Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI features and 2025 product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
