Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Conduct rigorous research on novel neural architectures to push the boundaries of AI performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest developments in the AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience applying ML/AI to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.
