Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures that align with emerging trends in predictive AI and autonomous agents.
- Lead Model Training & Optimization: Spearhead the training pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure they are optimized for low-latency inference on edge devices.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with our Quantum Research team to integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms for next-gen problem solving.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code standards and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Contribute to the strategic roadmap for AI tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain is a plus.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
