Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable AI models for production environments.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning principles, including neural networks and deep learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
