Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI models and machine learning pipelines tailored for 2026 standards.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimize inference latency for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching novel architectures, including diffusion models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Deployment: Manage the full MLOps lifecycle, ensuring reliable deployment and monitoring of AI services on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Cloud Skills: Strong experience deploying models on AWS or GCP.
