Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for real-time applications.
- Optimize neural network inference for edge computing and quantum hardware environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel NLP and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, hardware engineers, and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, transformers, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Spark) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
