Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling 2026-scale data loads.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for inference efficiency.
- Lead the integration of multi-modal AI models into enterprise infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI roadmaps and feature sets.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with MLOps, model fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
