Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex 2026 strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI for integration.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high concurrency and low-latency requirements.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
