Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI frameworks and quantum-ready infrastructure for 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define long-term technology roadmaps that align with market trends and business objectives for the upcoming decade.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Autonomous Systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Optimization & Security: Ensure system reliability, data security, and high-performance computing standards across all platforms.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Cloud Native architectures (AWS, GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI trends leading up to 2026, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
