Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Oversee model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines using cloud-native infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Identify emerging trends in AI technology and recommend strategic pivots to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP models and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
