Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on scalability and ethical AI implementation.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- Pipeline Optimization: Continuously improve data pipelines and model inference speeds to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA; strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
