Responsibilities
- 2026 Visionary Leadership: Define and articulate the comprehensive technological vision for the company, specifically identifying key milestones and innovations required to lead the market in 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research and development in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems to stay ahead of industry curves.
- Architecture Planning: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof technology architectures that support rapid scaling and innovation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product leaders, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging tech competitors to identify gaps and opportunities for disruption.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects for next-generation technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI strategy, or systems architecture within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and big data analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
