Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and risk mitigation strategies for proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Conduct rigorous audits on algorithmic bias and data provenance for all 2026-era synthetic data pipelines.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex global AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, CCPA).
- Develop and deliver internal training programs on responsible AI usage and ethical decision-making for engineering teams.
- Establish standards for model interpretability and explainability to ensure transparency with stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate ethical considerations into the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Experience with synthetic data generation platforms and privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, AI ethics principles, and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, OECD).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, or Philosophy.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear policy guidelines.
