Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing by 2026.
- Lead the migration to next-generation hardware accelerators and edge computing environments.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for system resilience and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize model training pipelines and inference latency.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data governance standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and systems architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and hardware acceleration (TPU, GPU).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
