Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI algorithms to drive product differentiation.
- Design high-performance, low-latency inference pipelines for production environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation in model training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude architectures).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
