Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the architecture of end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Conduct research to identify and implement novel algorithms for complex business problems.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
