Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy Advanced Models: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Drive research in cutting-edge areas such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize model inference and training pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and minimal resource consumption.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement best practices for fairness, transparency, and accountability in all AI systems to mitigate bias and ensure safe deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in designing distributed systems for large-scale training.
- Experience: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models serving millions of users.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
