Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Refine existing models to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency in real-time environments.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in AI, specifically in reinforcement learning and neural architecture search.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Deployment: Collaborate with product managers to integrate complex AI solutions into consumer-facing applications seamlessly.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential.
- Programming: Strong algorithms and data structures background; experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
