Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable ML pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel generative AI models, pushing the boundaries of current NLP capabilities.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and ethical AI development.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user features.
- Ensure rigorous data governance, security, and compliance standards are met across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning architectures.
