Responsibilities

- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance are integrated into every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical blogging.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and production-grade model serving platforms.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
