Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical strategies.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced AI concepts and architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
