Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and implement novel techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
