Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize and scale existing models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement MLOps pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools for automated model deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate new methodologies into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
