Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of ML pipelines for quantum-enhanced AI models
- Design scalable neural architectures for real-time data processing at petabyte scale
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms
- Optimize model performance using distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes)
- Drive innovation in explainable AI (XAI) for high-stakes decision systems
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in MLOps
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at enterprise scale
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
