Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define product requirements.
- Conduct research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Optimize models for latency, throughput, and resource constraints in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the AI/ML field and integrate them into our technology stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
