Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- 2026 Roadmap: Lead technical initiatives aligned with our long-term 2026 strategic vision, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Optimization: Fine-tune existing models to improve accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
- Data Strategy: Oversee data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data ingestion and processing for training sets.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate AI features into core products seamlessly.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
