Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures for large-scale production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into the wider tech stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-effectiveness using techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field (2026 Roadmap) and apply them to our product strategy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle millions of requests per day.
