Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models and deep learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency using distributed computing frameworks.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends leading into 2026.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices in all model development.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments with high availability.
