Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research, prototype, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI features seamlessly into user interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
