Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI features into production applications.
- Conduct research to identify new AI architectures and methodologies for improved performance.
- Optimize data pipelines and model inference for high throughput and low latency.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or machine learning research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
