Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step decision-making processes.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models for edge deployment and real-time inference.
- Neuromorphic Research: Collaborate with research teams to implement bio-inspired computing architectures.
- Data Pipeline Management: Build scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines to support high-volume training and fine-tuning operations.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are compliant and unbiased.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Computing: Proven experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Algorithms: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and algorithm design.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
