Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design strategy for core AI features and product interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into user-centric designs.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate AI assumptions and improve interaction models.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that scales with our product growth.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for high-quality design standards across the organization.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate complex data visualizations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional product design experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from concept to launch.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Experience working with developers to implement design systems and frontend components.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and data visualization skills.
