Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and data architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in 2026.
- Product Strategy: Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps for cross-functional engineering teams.
- Performance Optimization: Rigorously optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Security & Ethics: Implement best-in-class data privacy measures and ensure AI outputs align with ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning methodologies, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex systems and innovate under tight deadlines.
