Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance hybrid quantum-classical architectures optimized for enterprise workloads.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum algorithms into existing deep learning pipelines.
- Mentor a team of talented software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Proven experience working with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, optimization theory, and probability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
