Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing algorithms integrated with classical neural networks.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous research to optimize model performance and reduce computational latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on advanced architectures.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Deep understanding of deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
