Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and quantum algorithms for high-velocity environments.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven automation across global infrastructure and legacy systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and security experts to ensure model transparency, fairness, and data integrity.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews for complex system designs.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and architecture pivots.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
