Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures that integrate with quantum processing units.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and propose architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
