Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI architectures targeting the 2026 market cycle.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for training and fine-tuning large language models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of model inference.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in research methodologies.
- Write and publish technical documentation and patents.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
- Experience with MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
