Key Objectives
Our goal is to launch a self-improving AI model by 2026. You will be the architect of this success, ensuring our models demonstrate reasoning capabilities comparable to human experts across complex domains.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to advance our AGI roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Long-Context Understanding and Multimodal reasoning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research models into production-grade infrastructure.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Write and publish high-impact papers to contribute to the global AI community.
- Identify and mitigate biases in training data to ensure fair and equitable AI outcomes.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates within the 'Project Horizon' team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Deep Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior research or architectural role.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Experience in building scalable systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
