Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art generative models, including Transformers and diffusion models, aligned with our 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to ensure scalability and efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct research to advance the boundaries of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate research breakthroughs into deployable features.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure model safety, fairness, and ethical compliance.
- Contribute to the technical architecture of our core AI platform and mentor junior researchers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI research or software engineering.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama architectures).
- Proven experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and alignment techniques.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, and SQL.
