Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for 2026 standards, including LLMs and multimodal models.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and reinforcement learning to push the boundaries of AI capability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy ethical, responsible, and high-performance AI solutions.
- Publish groundbreaking findings in top-tier academic conferences and technical journals.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI product evolution and mentor junior researchers.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to validate new algorithms.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, including building production-grade models.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and model serving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in leading research teams or technical projects.
