Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures specifically designed for Project 2026.
- Optimize large-scale transformer models for efficiency and inference speed on next-gen hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and product managers to translate theoretical research into practical applications.
- Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to validate model performance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in research roles, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed venues.
- Experience deploying models at scale in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
